Client - Heat Pump in Dover – Napchester, Whitfield, Dover

This project provides 26 new homes, a mix of one and two-bedroom flats along with two, three, and four- bedroom houses all for affordable rent. A single five-bedroom house is also being built.

Jenner Group are constructing these stylish dwellings with a sustainable approach, the development will exceed Building Regulations requirements for the conservation of fuel and power whilst incorporating green technologies, such as air source heat pumps

The Reina Group were excited to be part of this project, with our commitment to creating a sustainable future and assisting the Government’s Zero carbon scheme. We installed renewable heating solutions by way of Heat Pumps into all properties on this project.

Our engineers installed Daikin air source heat pumps (ASHP) into each of the 26 dwellings. Three of the units were adapted for disabled use with wheelchair access. The heat pumps are feeding a wet radiator system apart from plot 21 which has UFH on the first floor.
