Description:

This new community consists of 86 traditionally styled modern homes comprising of 43 Private Sale, 43 Rent/Shared Ownership, that are built to withstand the daily rigours of modern life and designed to provide a durable, contemporary and comfortable properties. Offering three and four bedroom family houses and two bedroom apartments.

System Design:

Mechanical design; heating and plumbing installation with Vaillant Home combination boilers installed into the flats and Ideal Logic system boilers coupled with an unvented hot water cylinder installed into the houses; Traditional radiators with TRV's throughout with weather compensation: Full sanitaryware installation; Gas and Water main service risers with complete rainwater pipe installation.

Scope of Works:

Mechanical design; heating and plumbing installation; sanitaryware installation; mechanical ventilation heat recovery installation and rainwater and gutter installation.
