Description:
Located in the village of Smeeth, the rural development consisted of 11 dwellings of 7 houses and 4 flats, built to Eco Homes Very Good standard.
System Design:
Traditional wet central heating system using standard radiators. The hot water was integrated with a solar thermal roof panel system. The hot water is stored within a 250 litre unvented insulated cylinder.
Scope of Works:
Heating and plumbing design, including installation; rainwater design and installation.
