The project comprised of the construction of one block of eighteen flats and one bungalow on a vacant brown field site, built to Eco Homes excellence standards.
System Design:
A purpose design heating system contained within a single block, Gas fed via Trac pipe to individual combination boilers.
Scope of Works:
Heating and plumbing design, including installation; rainwater design and installation.
