Description:
Thirteen new two bedroom apartments and one three bed apartment on Deal seafront, all finished to a high specification, with 2 new ground floor retail or restaurant units available to let.
System Design:
Vaillant system boilers installed will Santon Permier Plus unvented cylinders.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical design; heating and plumbing installation: Vaillant Gas system boilers installed in all apartments. High quality Stelrad Compact with Style radiators with Drayton TRV 4's throughout. Design and installation of gas and water services.
