Description:

Cambridge Terrace is an impressive mid 19th Century Grade 2 listed terrace that forms part of the Waterloo Crescent Conservation area. A Victorian style building which has recently been developed into 25 superb, spacious apartments. Many of the period details such as the fire places, coving, skirting and joinery has been retained and enhanced. The kitchens and bathrooms have been given a modern feel with new sanitary-ware and underfloor heating.

System Design:

25 private apartments. The design involved supply of incoming water services, Underfloor heating system. Full heating system and installation of sanitary-ware.

Scope of Works:

The Reina Group successfully completed the supply and installation of a complete heating system including under floor heating in certain rooms. Boilers were supplied by Amptec with Santon Premiere Plus Cylinders.
