Description:
A development of 74 units by Balfour Beatty on behalf of Russet Homes. A mixed development of social housing comprising of one & two bed flats within two tower blocks and 3 & 4 bedroomed housing, all which met code level 3.
System Design:
Vaillant combination boilers installation to the flats and Vaillant system boilers coupled with an unvented hot water cylinder for hot water delivery. With Traditional radiators and TRV’s throughout the scheme, with weather compensation.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical design; heating and plumbing installation; sanitaryware installation; Gas and Water service risers and rainwater pipe installation.
