Description:
Groom Square is a collection of 12 individually designed homes built in a traditional style and offering either three or four bedrooms of accommodation with various combinations of living spaces.
System Design:
A mix of Vaillant system boilers & Vaillant Unistor unvented cylinders, and Vaillant 937 combination boiler with 15 litres of stored hot water.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical design; heating and plumbing installation: Mixture of Vaillant Gas system boilers and combination boilers. .High quality Stelrad Compact with Style radiators with Drayton TRV 4's installation of all 1st floors with Uponor under floor heating to all ground floors.
