Client - Heat Pump in Deal, Cambridge Road

We installed an air source heat pump into a new build property in Cambridge Road, Deal. The owners of The Workshop were keen to install a renewable heating system to help keep utility bills down and wanted to install a low carbon heat pump system vs a gas or oil boiler.

Once we had visited the property, calculated the floor space and carried out a heat loss survey we were able to recommend a compatible heat pump for the size of the building which was a Viesmann Air Source Heat Pump, which will provide all the hot water and heating to the property. Our work consisted of fitting sanitaryware in the bathrooms and plumbing for the kitchen appliances, together with laying underfloor heating downstairs and fitting radiators on the first floor. Once the heat pump was installed and the water cylinder was fitted into a cupboard under the stairs. We connected the ground floor underfloor heating and radiators allowing the house to be heated throughout.

This was a great practical heat pump installation in Deal and yet another happy heat pump customer. After every heat pump installation, we always carry out a hand over to demonstrate how the heat pump controls work and any fault codes to watch out for. The customer is now looking forward to seeing the benefits of their Heat pump.
