Client - Heat Pump in Maidstone, Dargate Road

A great example of a heat pump install in Maidstone, part of a Retrofit project. The owner of Dargate Road found us through the internet and once having received our indicative quote, through our online heat pump quote tool, contacted us to proceed with their heat pump installation and book a survey. A total retrofit upgrade was being carried out on the property, making improvements to the old windows, fitting new radiators, installing a new air source heat pump were all part of this project to improve the property’s EPC rating and to create a more energy efficient home. The higher a EPC rating is the more efficient a heat pump will be.

A Mitsubishi ASHP, low carbon heat pump was installed into the property, which creates all the heating and hot water to the house. Underfloor heating was also laid in the new extension providing a nice ambient heat in the new area. New radiators were fitted throughout the house all powered by the heat pump. A Monarch midi water softener was also fitted which can help systems run more efficiently.

Another successful residential heat pump installation, with our clients being extremely happy with their new heating system. The client was also pleased and benefitted from £5,000 from the BUS Government Grant which was deducted from their total heat pump installation price.
