Description:
A mixed development of 135 units. High end private houses with the initial phase being to code level 3 social housing.
System Design:
Vaillant combination boilers installation to the flats and Vaillant system boilers coupled with an unvented hot water cylinder for hot water delivery. Underfloor heating to ground floors with Traditional radiators and TRV’s throughout the scheme, with weather compensation.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical design; heating and plumbing installation; sanitaryware installation; Gas and Water main service risers and rainwater pipe installation. Mechanical ventillation with heat recovery.
