Description:
The scheme comprised of 140 flats, with 40 shared ownership units, 40 affordable rent units and 60 for sale units. The construction of the u-shaped layout of the buildings was
pre-insulated timber frame with a masonry façade.
System Design:
Electric heating throughout with 210 litre direct unvented cylinders.
