Description:
Demolition of the existing 1973 sheltered housing scheme to provide 5 flats and 26 bedsits with shared facilities and construction of replacement scheme of 8 two-bed flats, 7 one-bed bungalows and common room. The homes are built to achieve code level 4 of the code for sustainable homes.
System Design:
Vaillant combination boilers with under-floor heating; weather compensation and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical design; UFH design and installation; plumbing and heating installation; sanitaryware installation and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery installation.
