Description:
A mixed development of 16 flats and built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
System Design:
Vaillant combination boilers installation to the flats and Vaillant system boilers coupled with an unvented hot water cylinder for hot water delivery. Traditional radiators with TRV’s throughout the scheme, with weather compensation.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical design; heating and plumbing installation; sanitaryware installation; mechanical ventilation heat recovery installation and rainwater pipe installation.
