Description:
This new build residential development comprised a combination of 37 houses and flats together with associated external works, services and drainage on a former gas holder site. The scheme achieved Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
System Design:
The houses consisted of Heat King air source heat pump linked to a 210 litre unvented cylinder. The flats consisted of an Alpha Condensing combination boiler fitted with the Zenex Gas Saver flue recovery system.
Scope of Works:
Heating and plumbing design; rainwater design/installation and sanitary-ware installation.
